Level1 - Let meditation transform you!
Sometimes it can feel like the demands of a busy life can erode away your peace of mind.
Everyone can do meditation, this is only a matter of finding which meditation style works for you. Like not everybody may like action movies , not everybody may like Zen meditation. Did you know that there are various way to meditate? Standing meditation , walking mediations, breathing meditation, mantra meditation, mindfulness meditation and many more.... There is style for you.
This 4 weeks course guides you week by week on one of the most exiting but relaxing journey you will take, discovering a different style. Each class will be about 45 min and include gentle yoga postures to prepare your body , presentation of the meditation and the practice itself.
